- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 2 medium apples, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Cut puff pastry into 4 squares.
- Place apple mixture in center of each square.
- Fold pastry over filling to form triangles and seal edges.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool 5 minutes before serving.

- Use firm apples like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp.
- Thaw puff pastry according to package instructions.
- Check turnovers halfway through cooking.
