Ingredients

- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add coated cauliflower to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Toss hot cauliflower with cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra crispiness, don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Best served fresh, but can be reheated in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes.
