Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until just combined.
- Grease a muffin tin or silicone cups and fill each halfway with batter.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
