Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel the bananas and slice them into 1/2-inch thick rounds.
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
- Toss the banana slices in the melted butter or oil (if using), then coat them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place the coated banana slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.

- Use firm but ripe bananas for best results.
