Description

Crispy and sweet roasted chickpeas made in an air fryer with cinnamon and sugar for a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
  3. Toss chickpeas with olive oil, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
  4. Spread them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  6. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • For extra crispiness, remove the skins from the chickpeas.
