Description
Crispy and sweet roasted chickpeas made in an air fryer with cinnamon and sugar for a healthy snack.
Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
- Toss chickpeas with olive oil, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Spread them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra crispiness, remove the skins from the chickpeas.
