Quick and easy air fryer cinnamon sugar donut holes that are crispy on the outside and soft inside.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon (for coating)
- 2 tbsp melted butter (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
- Place balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.
- Brush cooked donut holes with melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
