Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (for coating)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
  5. Place balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  6. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.
  8. Brush cooked donut holes with melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
  9. Serve warm.
