A quick and easy air fryer citrus chicken recipe with a tangy, fresh flavor perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add orange or lemon slices to the air fryer basket.
  • Adjust cooking time based on chicken thickness.
