- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Garnish with lemon slices before serving.
