Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk ricotta, milk, egg, citrus zests, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Grease air fryer basket lightly. Scoop batter into small rounds.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Serve warm with syrup or fresh fruit.
