- 1 cob loaf (round bread)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the top off the cob loaf and hollow out the center.
- Mix sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, spring onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spoon the mixture into the hollowed-out cob loaf.
- Place the loaf in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly and the bread is crispy.
- Serve warm with bread pieces or crackers.
Notes
- You can use any type of cheese you prefer.
- For a vegetarian version, skip the bacon bits.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
