Description

A delicious and easy-to-make air fryer cob loaf dip. Perfect for parties, this recipe combines creamy dip with a crispy bread bowl.


Ingredients

  • 1 cob loaf (round bread)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the top off the cob loaf and hollow out the center.
  2. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, spring onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the hollowed-out cob loaf.
  4. Place the loaf in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly and the bread is crispy.
  6. Serve warm with bread pieces or crackers.
