Ingredients

- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with melted coconut oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut and garlic powder over the cauliflower and mix well.
- Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
