Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with melted coconut oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add shredded coconut and chopped macadamia nuts, mixing well.
  4. Place cauliflower mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve immediately.
