Ingredients

- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with melted coconut oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add shredded coconut and chopped macadamia nuts, mixing well.
- Place cauliflower mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crispiness, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
