Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix shredded coconut, almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and egg. Stir until combined.
  4. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
  5. Scoop the mixture into 8 equal portions and flatten slightly.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes until edges are firm.
  7. Let cool before serving.
