Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix shredded coconut, almond flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and egg. Stir until combined.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
- Scoop the mixture into 8 equal portions and flatten slightly.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until edges are firm.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For a nut-free version, replace almond flour with oat flour.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
