- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix coconut, condensed milk, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat egg white until stiff peaks form, then fold into the coconut mixture.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto parchment paper.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use unsweetened coconut for less sweetness.
