- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the cod fillets dry and rub with olive oil.
- Mix garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
- Coat the cod fillets evenly with the spice mix.
- Place the cod in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until flaky.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or directly in the air fryer for 1 minute.
- Flake the cooked cod into chunks and divide among tortillas.
- Top with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with sour cream and serve with lime wedges.
