A quick and easy coleslaw recipe made in the air fryer for a crispy twist.
Ingredients

- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cabbage and carrots.
- In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
- Spread the coleslaw evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Serve warm or chilled.
