Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cabbage and carrots.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
  5. Spread the coleslaw evenly in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes, shaking halfway.
  7. Serve warm or chilled.
