Description
Crispy cookie cups made in an air fryer, perfect for holding milk, ice cream, or other fillings.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugars until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla, mixing well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Grease mini muffin tins or silicone molds.
- Scoop dough into molds, pressing gently to shape into cups.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are golden.
- Let cool before removing from molds.
Notes
- Use silicone molds for easy removal.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
