Description

Crispy cookie cups made in an air fryer, perfect for holding milk, ice cream, or other fillings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter and sugars until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Grease mini muffin tins or silicone molds.
  8. Scoop dough into molds, pressing gently to shape into cups.
  9. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are golden.
  10. Let cool before removing from molds.
