Description
A quick and easy air fryer version of the classic cordon bleu, made with chicken, ham, and cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
- Stuff each pocket with 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese.
- Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Dip each stuffed chicken breast in the beaten egg.
- Coat with breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
Notes
- Use toothpicks to secure the filling if it tends to spill.
- Check internal temperature—chicken should reach 165°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
