Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Whisk in milk and egg until smooth.
- Insert skewers into hot dogs, leaving a handle.
- Dip each hot dog into the batter, coating evenly.
- Lightly spray or brush with oil.
- Place in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Serve warm with ketchup or mustard.
