- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 6 hot dogs
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Whisk in egg and milk to form a thick batter.
- Pat dry hot dogs and insert sticks.
- Dip each hot dog into the batter, coating evenly.
- Place in air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown.
- Serve hot with ketchup or mustard.
