- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 cup cornflakes, crushed
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp milk

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut chicken into even-sized pieces.
- In one bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk.
- Place crushed cornflakes in a third bowl.
- Coat chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with cornflakes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place chicken in the air fryer in a single layer, leaving space between pieces.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Check for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the coated chicken lightly with cooking spray before air frying.
- Use gluten-free flour and cornflakes if needed.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
