Quick and easy air fryer cottage cheese egg bites perfect for breakfast or snacks.
Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour mixture into greased silicone molds or muffin cups.
- Place molds in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until set.
- Let cool slightly before removing from molds.
Notes
- Use silicone molds for easy removal.
- Add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
