- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the cottage cheese mixture.
- Brush the outside of the chicken with olive oil.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use full-fat cottage cheese for a creamier filling.
- If the pocket is hard to cut, use a sharp knife and work slowly.
- Check the chicken’s temperature with a meat thermometer for accuracy.
