Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the cottage cheese mixture.
  5. Brush the outside of the chicken with olive oil.
  6. Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cottage cheese for a creamier filling.
  • If the pocket is hard to cut, use a sharp knife and work slowly.
  • Check the chicken’s temperature with a meat thermometer for accuracy.
