Crispy and flavorful Maryland-style crab cakes made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except crab meat in a bowl.
- Gently fold in crab meat without breaking lumps.
- Form into 4 equal patties.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
- Place patties in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Use fresh crab meat for best results.
- Don’t overmix to maintain texture.
- Chill mixture for 30 minutes if patties won’t hold shape.
