Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork rinds (crackling)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp bacon bits (for bacon salt)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss pork rinds with olive oil in a bowl until lightly coated.
  3. Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the pork rinds and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Place the seasoned pork rinds in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
  7. While cooking, blend bacon bits into a fine powder (bacon salt).
  8. Sprinkle bacon salt over the cooked crackling chips before serving.
