Description
Crispy air fryer crackling chips with a smoky bacon salt seasoning. Perfect as a snack or side dish.

- 1 lb pork rinds (crackling)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp bacon bits (for bacon salt)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss pork rinds with olive oil in a bowl until lightly coated.
- Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the pork rinds and toss to coat evenly.
- Place the seasoned pork rinds in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- While cooking, blend bacon bits into a fine powder (bacon salt).
- Sprinkle bacon salt over the cooked crackling chips before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Adjust seasoning to taste if you prefer more or less spice.
- Use thick-cut pork rinds for extra crunch.
