Delicious hand pies filled with cranberry filling and cooked in an air fryer for a crispy, golden crust.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 4–6 tbsp ice water
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add ice water, 1 tbsp at a time, until dough forms.
- Roll out dough and cut into circles.
- Place a spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each circle.
- Fold dough over the filling and crimp edges with a fork.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sugar if desired.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook hand pies in batches for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use homemade or store-bought cranberry sauce.
- Adjust sugar based on sweetness preference.
- Ensure edges are sealed well to prevent filling leakage.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
