Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
  • 46 tbsp ice water
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
  2. Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add ice water, 1 tbsp at a time, until dough forms.
  4. Roll out dough and cut into circles.
  5. Place a spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each circle.
  6. Fold dough over the filling and crimp edges with a fork.
  7. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sugar if desired.
  8. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  9. Cook hand pies in batches for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
