A delicious and easy-to-make cranberry nut bread cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, vegetable oil, and egg. Stir until combined.
- Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- You can use dried cranberries if fresh ones aren’t available.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
