  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in dried cranberries and orange zest.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together cream, egg, and vanilla.
  6. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Turn dough onto a floured surface and shape into a 1-inch thick circle.
  8. Cut into 8 wedges and place in the air fryer basket, leaving space between.
  9. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.
