Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Coat chicken thighs with the spice mixture.
  4. Dredge chicken in breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to adhere.
  5. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12 minutes, flip, and cook another 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
