- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Coat chicken thighs with the spice mixture.
- Dredge chicken in breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, and cook another 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
