Description
Crispy mushrooms cooked in an air fryer, served with a creamy aioli dipping sauce.
Ingredients

- 200g mushrooms (button or cremini)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Clean mushrooms and pat dry.
- Toss mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place mushrooms in air fryer basket in single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice for aioli.
- Serve crispy mushrooms with aioli.
Notes
- Use fresh mushrooms for best texture.
- Don’t overcrowd air fryer basket.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
