Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Mix mashed potatoes, cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
- Dip each ball into the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly brush the balls with olive oil.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot.
