Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss tofu cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, and salt.
  3. Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
  5. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  6. Fill tortillas with tofu, shredded cabbage, salsa, and cilantro.
  7. Serve with lime wedges.

Notes

  • Press tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess water.
  • For extra crispiness, spray tofu with cooking oil before air frying.
