Crispy tofu tacos made in an air fryer for a quick, healthy, and flavorful meal.
Ingredients

- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss tofu cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, and salt.
- Place tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Fill tortillas with tofu, shredded cabbage, salsa, and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges.
Notes
- Press tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess water.
- For extra crispiness, spray tofu with cooking oil before air frying.
- Customize toppings with avocado, jalapeños, or vegan sour cream.
