Description

Crispy air-fried deviled eggs with a creamy filling and a smoky paprika garnish.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  2. Place eggs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
  5. Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
  6. Remove yolks and mash them with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  7. Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites.
  8. Sprinkle with smoked paprika and chives.

Notes

  • For easier peeling, use older eggs.
  • Adjust mustard or vinegar to taste.
