Description
Crispy air-fried deviled eggs with a creamy filling and a smoky paprika garnish.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp chopped chives (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
- Place eggs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
- Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and mash them with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon or pipe filling back into egg whites.
- Sprinkle with smoked paprika and chives.
Notes
- For easier peeling, use older eggs.
- Adjust mustard or vinegar to taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
