- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Cooking spray
- 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
- Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Drop teaspoon-sized balls of dough into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Roll warm donut holes in cinnamon sugar if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Check doneness with a toothpick before removing.
- Best eaten fresh.
