Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional for glaze)
  • 1 tbsp water (optional for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  4. Spray donut mold or baking sheet with cooking spray.
  5. Pipe or spoon batter into donut shapes.
  6. Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before glazing (if desired).
