Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional for glaze)
- 1 tbsp water (optional for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Spray donut mold or baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Pipe or spoon batter into donut shapes.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before glazing (if desired).
Notes
- Use a piping bag for even donut shapes.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
