Description

Easy air fryer double chocolate chip cookies that are crispy outside and chewy inside. Perfect for a quick dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugars in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing well.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough into 12 portions and place on parchment paper.
  8. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until edges are set.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use room-temperature butter for best results.
  • Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
