Easy air fryer double chocolate chip cookies that are crispy outside and chewy inside. Perfect for a quick dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugars in another bowl until smooth.
- Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing well.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into 12 portions and place on parchment paper.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until edges are set.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use room-temperature butter for best results.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
