Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup grated zucchini
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk sugars, oil, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Stir in grated zucchini.
  5. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined.
  6. Mix in chocolate chips.
  7. Pour batter into a greased cake pan that fits in your air fryer.
  8. Air fry for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
