Ingredients

- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg

- 1 cup grated zucchini
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk sugars, oil, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in grated zucchini.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until combined.
- Mix in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased cake pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Grate zucchini finely for better texture.
- Check cake at 20 minutes to avoid overbaking.
