Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic powder, and ginger powder for 30 minutes.
- Coat chicken strips in breadcrumbs.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray or brush chicken with olive oil.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.

- Adjust sriracha for spiciness.
