Description

Crispy duck breast with a sweet orange glaze cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 duck breasts
  • 1 orange (juiced)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Score the duck breast skin in a criss-cross pattern.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place duck breasts in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
  4. Cook at 375°F for 10 minutes.
  5. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Mix orange juice, honey, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
  7. Brush glaze onto duck breasts.
  8. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  9. Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • Pat duck skin dry before cooking for crispier results.
  • Adjust glaze sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • Use fresh orange juice for best flavor.
