Description
Crispy duck breast with a sweet orange glaze cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 duck breasts
- 1 orange (juiced)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Score the duck breast skin in a criss-cross pattern.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place duck breasts in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
- Cook at 375°F for 10 minutes.
- Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Mix orange juice, honey, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
- Brush glaze onto duck breasts.
- Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Pat duck skin dry before cooking for crispier results.
- Adjust glaze sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use fresh orange juice for best flavor.
