Description

Crispy duck spring rolls made easily in an air fryer. These rolls are packed with flavor and perfect as an appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked duck
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 12 spring roll wrappers
  • 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
  • 1 tbsp oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Mix duck, cabbage, carrots, green onions, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and ginger in a bowl.
  2. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each spring roll wrapper.
  3. Fold the sides of the wrapper and roll tightly, sealing the edge with water.
  4. Brush each roll lightly with oil.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place rolls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

  • Use leftover duck for best results.
