Description
Crispy air fryer dumplings with a tender filling, cooked to perfection in minutes.
Ingredients

- 20 dumpling wrappers
- 1 cup ground pork or chicken
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp water (for sealing)
Instructions
- Mix pork, cabbage, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Place 1 tsp filling in each dumpling wrapper.
- Dip your finger in water and moisten the edges of the wrapper.
- Fold and seal the dumplings.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray dumplings with oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use store-bought wrappers for convenience.
- Adjust filling spices to taste.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
