Description

Crispy air fryer dumplings with a tender filling, cooked to perfection in minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 dumpling wrappers
  • 1 cup ground pork or chicken
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp water (for sealing)

Instructions

  1. Mix pork, cabbage, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place 1 tsp filling in each dumpling wrapper.
  3. Dip your finger in water and moisten the edges of the wrapper.
  4. Fold and seal the dumplings.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Lightly spray dumplings with oil.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  8. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Use store-bought wrappers for convenience.
  • Adjust filling spices to taste.
