Description

Make easy and protein-packed air fryer egg bites for a quick breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Stir in cheese and ham.
  4. Pour mixture into greased silicone molds or muffin cups.
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until set.
  6. Let cool slightly before removing from molds.
