- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
- Stir in cheese, bell peppers, onions, spinach, salt, and pepper.
- Grease a muffin tin or silicone molds and pour the mixture evenly.
- Place in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes until set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
