Description
Crispy and delicious air fryer egg rolls that are easy to make at home. These egg rolls are packed with flavor and perfect as a snack or appetizer.

- 10 egg roll wrappers
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 lb ground pork or chicken (optional)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water (for sealing wrappers)
Instructions
- In a pan, cook the ground meat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Cook for 3-4 minutes until veggies soften.
- Let the filling cool slightly.
- Place 2 tbsp of filling on each wrapper. Fold sides inward, then roll tightly. Seal edges with water.
- Brush egg rolls lightly with oil.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- For vegetarian egg rolls, omit the meat or replace with tofu.
- Ensure the filling is not too wet to prevent soggy egg rolls.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking.
