Ingredients

  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup cooked and shredded chicken or tofu
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, chicken or tofu, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, and black pepper.
  2. Place 2 tbsp of the filling in the center of an egg roll wrapper.
  3. Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly, sealing the edge with water.
  4. Brush each egg roll lightly with vegetable oil.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
