Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat water, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil until boiling.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in flour and vanilla extract until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
  4. Pipe churros onto parchment paper, then freeze for 10 minutes.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Arrange churros in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
  8. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then roll warm churros in the mixture.
