Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat water, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil until boiling.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour and vanilla extract until a smooth dough forms.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe churros onto parchment paper, then freeze for 10 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange churros in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then roll warm churros in the mixture.
