Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggnog, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Grease air fryer basket lightly.
  6. Scoop dough into a piping bag and pipe small doughnut shapes into the basket.
  7. Air fry for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar.
