Crispy and flavorful eggnog doughnuts made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup eggnog
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk eggnog, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Grease air fryer basket lightly.
- Scoop dough into a piping bag and pipe small doughnut shapes into the basket.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
- Do not overmix the batter to keep doughnuts light.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
