- 4 ears of corn, cut into ribs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the corn ribs with a light spray of oil and salt.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Brush the cooked corn ribs with mayonnaise.
- Sprinkle with cotija cheese, chili powder, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
Notes
- Cut corn into even rib sizes for uniform cooking.
- Adjust spices to your preferred heat level.
- For extra crispiness, air fry an additional 1-2 minutes.
