Delicious brownies with a hint of espresso, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugars, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and espresso powder. Stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For stronger coffee flavor, add more espresso powder.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
