Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugars, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and espresso powder. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into a greased baking pan that fits in your air fryer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before slicing.

  • For stronger coffee flavor, add more espresso powder.
