Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice avocados into thick wedges.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with everything bagel seasoning.
- Dredge each avocado wedge in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly spray or brush with olive oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.

- Use firm but ripe avocados for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
